Make Events Only Visible to Certain User Groups By Using Access Levels

Prerequisite: User groups and access levels have been created.

From the administrator dashboard, click on the Events tab and then click Events in that menu

Now select the event you wish to gate visibility to.

When you go into the event, you will see Access and Registration Access fields in the right column. Set those fields to the groups that you want to see and register for the event.

Click Save & Close when you’re finished.
